  • Account Information: Your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • User-Generated Content: All data related to the characters you create (name, stats, etc.) and your chat history with the AI Dungeon Master.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide and operate the core functionalities of the game.
  • Personalize your game experience by saving your characters and progress.
  • Communicate with you regarding your account or support inquiries.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data is shared with the following third-party services only as necessary to provide the application's functionality:

  • Supabase: Used for database hosting and user authentication. All your account and character data is stored securely with Supabase.
  • Groq: Your chat messages and character data are sent to the Groq API to generate responses from the AI Dungeon Master. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating a response and is subject to Groq's privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your account and associated data at any time through your profile page. Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your character data and personal information from our active databases.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a "Last Updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
